About Zack
Hey, my name is Zack Sokolowski but I’m often called Soko. But a name doesn’t say much about a guy, so who am I? I’m a everyday person, at the age of 19 I live a normal american life style working, learning, and managing a social life on top of that. With so little time in the day so many of us tend to forget the importance of health and fitness. Growing up in high school I spent more time sitting around then staying active and my body began to suffer from it. Raised to believe I could do anything I put my mind to I have constantly driven myself to better myself in everything I do, Including staying in shape. My junior year of high school I really stuck to these principles and began to work out regularly and have been keeping at it since. You can’t expect to go from scrawny to beach body over night so I have taken the past few years as a learning experience on Fitness and Health. Over the years I have researched and learned many techniques to acheiving better results and more effective training as well as learned valuable information that many people struggling to better themselves may not know. As a regular person who has achieved the body I was seeking, I have chosen to use this Blog to share tips and words of advice to people who wish to reach their own goals of fitness as well as welcome the community to share there own tips with eachother.
