Swimming is low impact on your joints which is great for people who suffer from arthritis or those who have joint or back pains. Besides just swimming for fun there are actually great and effective exercises you could do while in the water to target your whole body. This video posted by expertvillage has some great ways to work out your abs while in the water. They are so natural people in the pool probably won&#8217;t even realize your working out.</p>
