Part three or your at home work out freedom is here. This is called 8 min abs. It’s a popular known workout for your abs that works ever part of your abs. This works for beginners and up so its a great alternative to doing pointless sit ups every time you workout. Best thing about this workout is all you need is a floor, no gym exercise equipment required. If your just starting to get serious about ab workouts then take this slow, you don’t have to do the full amount of time for each exercise. Just work your way up and you’ll be seeing toned abs in no time!

The second video is by the same guy. Very effective arm work out for biceps and triceps. All you need is some dumb bells and some home bar weights, no expensive machine required. So take a look at the video and start sculpting those arms.
