There are very few people who don’t like to swim these days and who can blame them? Swimming is as fun as it is a workout. So many swimmers don’t even realize that they were getting a full body workout when they were swimming. Swimming is low impact on your joints which is great for people who suffer from arthritis or those who have joint or back pains. Besides just swimming for fun there are actually great and effective exercises you could do while in the water to target your whole body.
